  • How do I contact the Aiden's Academy Team?

  • When should I expect my Pre-Order to be delivered.
    We are grateful that you are ahead of the game! Once you have pre-ordered you will recieve a confirmation email to reaasure you that our team is aware to send your order soon as it's fresh off the presses. Pre-Order can take 10-20 days to ship, and only 3-5 to be delivered. Once shipped you will recieve your tracking number!
  • What is the retun policy?
    We accept returns within 30 days after shipment for a full refund. Please understand the book and or product may not be damaged in any way possible. Once item is recieved by the Aiden's Academy Team, a full refund will be distrubuted back to your card.
  • Does Aiden participate in public speaking?
    No, but Aiden would love to read to a small group of children at a library, pre-k classroom, or elementary class. Always accompanied by his parents.
  • When was Aiden diagnosed with Level 1 Autism?
    Aiden's mom suspected at age 2 that he was autistic, but Aiden didn't get formally diagnosed until Age 4.
  • Can Aiden collaborate with kid social media personalities?
    Yes, but it depends on a matter of things, as in the activites for the video, the time frame, the location, etc.. Please send an email to wooten.esha@prettytoughwe.com for any inquirys for collaboration.
  • Is it possible to receive bulk orders?
    Yes! After we have successfully communicated via email Support@AidensAcademy.com and worked out all the details of your bulk order, you will receive an invoice. Once invoice is paid, we will stay in contact with you until you receive your tracking number. Shipping ranges from $20-$50. There are no bulk order discounts on our bookmarks.   • Do you have Freebies?
    Yes, once a year in November, as that is Aiden's birthday month! A huge gift basket full of Aidens Academy merchandise will be given away 100% FREE, so make sure you submit your email and subscribe to stay up to date!
